How long does a session last?

45-60 mins to be precise. A warm up, 4-5 varied 10 minute sections working different areas and then a cool down and stretch off.

What do I need to bring with me?

If it is your first time coming to a FitnessOutdoors session then please arrive early to fill out a health questionnaire. If you have an inhaler or any other medication that could be needed please bring it with you and an instructor will carry it for you. Water is provided for you.

What should I wear?

Loose fitting and comfortable clothing with suitable trainers. Please don’t over do layers as 2 minutes into the session you will be very warm. Jeans are not suitable. A thin water proof jacket would be suitable for very wet weather.

Are we insured?

Yes. We have public liability insurance and we are registered with REPS. A professional organisation that recognise fitness professionals.

Are any age restrictions in place?

You can train with FitnessOutdoors from the ages of 16-70.
