I set fitness outdoors 9 years ago. My sole intention is to help people.

FitnessOutdoors helps people get fitter, helps people become more productive and achieves that sense of youthful enjoyment being in the great outdoors can bring.

Bringing likeminded people together, I believe, is the key to wellness. Leading the way for people to express themselves with more energy, creativity and enjoyment is something I have determination to make happen.
